Job Description:

The responsibility of the business analyst it to analyze and ensure business processes, practices and policies are implemented and reported for the betterment to the company customers. Valued business controls and are completed to ensure the success of the company.

Core Requirements:

– Bachelors degree in business, marketing or a related field – masters preferred.
– 5+ years of experience providing business analysis for customer satisfaction.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Trustworthy to cooperate, collaborate and contribute.
– Business analysis to support the progress of products and service.
– Experience managing relationships with upper management.
– Advanced spreadsheet skills required (MS Excel)
– Persuasion, visioning, and relating skills.
