Not sure how many pages to choose?

It’s completely up to you, but here are some guidelines for schools we’ve seen:

• 50 students or less: 32 pages
• 50-300 students: 40 pages
• 300-500 students: 64 pages
• 800-1000 students: 80 pages
• 1000+ students: 100-400 pages

Cover Types

Cover Options:

• Soft Cover Only: Students and parents will only receive soft cover books
• Soft Cover (Option to Upgrade): Students and parents will be given the option to receive a soft cover book or upgrade to a hard cover book while purchasing
• Hard Cover: Students and parents will only receive hard cover books

Size & Finish

Book Size Options:

• 8.5 x 11 inches: Typical yearbook size
• 9x12 inches: Larger book size usually for larger high schools and colleges

Cover Finish Options:

• Glossy: Typical yearbook cover is coated with a glossy finish, making photographs and other images look beautiful
• Matte: A more modern, non-glossy, dull finish for detailed, crisp printing

Custom Pages

Shine Like A Star in Your Yearbook

Parents and/or students (over 13 years old) can add their own photos and memories into their copy of the yearbook. They can add pictures of best friends, what you want to be when you grow up, or your artwork.

Everything is printed in just their book. Every yearbook includes two custom pages for FREE and additional sets of two pages can be added for $0.99.

Make the Yearbook a Fundraiser

With AlumniBox you can add any amount to the price of the yearbook as a fundraiser, and the entire amount is returned to you at the end of the year. For example, if the price of your AlumniBox yearbook is $13.00, the school can choose to add $2.00 to the price, making it $15.00 to purchase a yearbook. So, if 500 yearbooks are purchased, we send the school a check for $1000.00. No processing fees, no credit card fees, 100% returned to the school or organization.
